At ScanMyDoor, we strive to provide a reliable and convenient smart QR doorbell solution for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which orders or subscriptions may be cancelled and when refunds may be issued.

By purchasing products or services from ScanMyDoor (https://scanmydoor.com), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders for physical products (such as QR door stickers) may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number.


3. Refunds for Physical Products

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is lost during shipping

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence such as photos if applicable.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Digital Services and Subscriptions

ScanMyDoor may offer digital services such as account access or subscription features.

Because digital services are activated immediately after purchase, payments for digital services or subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Users may cancel future renewals at any time from their account settings.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Failure to use the service correctly
  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped or digital service has been activated

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
